Which Shrick is good for ABF engine?

I think buy Shrick cam for my car... But I'm not sure which degrees is good for use incity drive. And, is stock ECU is enough for degree cams? I need fixed slow running.

so say no more than 260 duration on digifart abf injection.
www.catcams.be also a very viable alternative to schrick as an option
