they only fit their own

I have BFGoodrich Profilers on mine and I gotta say theyre superb, VERY difficult to get hold of tho so goin for the Toyo T1Rs next. I had the T1Ss and they were complete pants so these better be MUCH better

Ok so no Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 in the country at 195 45 16! Well the only ones that are I cant get hold of - unless anyone else knows of anywhere?

Limits my options down to

Toyo Proxes T1R
Yoko S Drive
Pirelli P Zero Nero
Michelin Exalto
Maybe BF Goodrich G Force Profiler or Dunlop Sport 9000

I dont mind a soft tyre as dont do massive miles so they will last ok for me, but it must have the same dry and wet grip levels of a GSD3.

Thoughts ideas info?

If u cant get the Goodyears then try the Dunlop Sport 9000 had them on my mk2 16V and they where hard wearing and really grippy i rated them, close to the goodyears imo

Went for it and got 2x Toyo T1R fitted yesterday to the back (front to back swap). Doing some miles tomorrow so will see what they are like.

Well all seems ok, but bit of a noise from the back - not sure if its tyre noise in general (was not there before I dont think) or if they are bedding in, or if the bearings need looking at?!
