i have valeo ones from wiperblades on my car and not noticed that areas are missed or that it leaves the screen at any point

only annoying thing is thr orange label where they believe they should be replaced, but bugg3r that when only 12months old and hardly used due to a splash of mer

I cant complain.

I have had them for just over 2 years... no problems.

Do not beleive the yellow dot, replacement warning... they last much longer

Remember that the wipers are not the same size, and that some makes do not have the LEON on their model list.

Use GOLF 4 measurements.

Re the Valeo aero wipers

The yellow warning stickers can be peeled off. Problem solved.

The part of the screen on the passenger side that they miss is obscured by the dealers tax disk holder / sticker anyway.

Had them for nearly 2 years and they're still working well. From wiperblades.co.uk , N.B. the passenger side blade is the 18" one (as this is nearer in size to the original 19" one)

Well i went away from my original choice and got the Golf mk4 retro-fit ones delivered at work today. Put them on and just need to adjust the arm on the passenger side so it doesn't overhang, but have to say they smartened up the front a treat, looks a lot better than when the standard wipers were on. Rain forecast for tomorrow, so here's hoping i can give them a good test. :D

As for rear wiper, i'd have to say the fabia one. Looks and works a hell of a lot better than the standard wiper.

Cheers for the help guys.

I got them from my local VW dealer, i'm sure the ones from wiperblades will be a simlar quality so should be good.

We got a bit of rain this morning and gave the wipers a test. Oh my they're good, there was a load of crap on the windscreen as my old wipers weren't shifting it. These aero ones though, one swipe and it was clear, well worth the money. Highly recommended.:D

Ok, so Fabia for the rear wiper - right?
But can I get one at Halfords or a high st store? You know, a place I can walk in, pick it up off the shelf and put it on the car within 5mins?
