Yep, running 16" ET 35 Compomotive Mo's, 215x40. Spacers on the back are 18mm, only slight rubbing on the drivers side, need to get another 2mm machined off them. Car on coilovers approx 45mm drop.

OK cool, thanks for the info Pete, do you get the rubbing on the inside of the wheel or out on the arch lip?
Im running et35 7's in 16s with 45 profiles and 20mm spacers on rear.. get some rubbing on speedbumps etc

Sorry, should have made it clear, it rubs a very small amount on the arch lip but only on the drivers side. It only happens on very hard acceleration with just myself in, or every bump if passengers are in the back.

ET 24 should be fine. its the same as having a 11mm spacer on 
I also currently run 16" 7.5J with 215 40 tyres, but far too much tire for my liking.
personally i'd put 195 40 16 on them.
I also needed a 6mm spacer on the fronts to clear the coilovers. Rears I fitted 15mm ones iirc, but thats more for looks.
I'm now looking for a 7J front 8J rear set of rims, and be wrapping them in 165-40-16 and 195-40-16
should be quite a bit of stretch
