Can anyone with knowledge/clever kindly tell me if this from a 2007 Leon FR will fit my 2016 Leon FR Titanium?
2007 Seat leon fr Spare Wheel kit 2007. Condition is "Used".

Hatch back to hatch back, or ST to ST, you will have no issues at all. In the photo that's the hatch version to me, but my ST have both had the Seat sound version of the Space Saver setup.

However, by the looks of things you may need to buy a longer central screw to hold it in place as I believe the tyre gunk/pump kit one is shorter.

Whilst technically it will fit (EKTA states that rim and screw are the same item - Mk2 & 3), might want to consider the age of the tyre - if original it’s 13+ years of age (note: no current age limit on MOT for spare tyre):

Thankyou & very good point on the age of the tyre.

That's an A1, and the tyre size is smaller. 125/60 R18 as opposed to 125/70 R18. So no sorry.
Also, the bolt pattern for the Audi A1 is 5x100 and mk3 Leon’s bolt pattern is 5x112. Therefore, the Audi A1 space saver can’t physically be bolted on to the Leon because the bolt holes in the A1’s wheel won’t line up with the bolt holes in the Leon’s wheel hub assembly.

Not strictly true. It's not the same size wheel but spare wheels are often a lot smaller than the rest of the tyres. They're only designed for getting you to a tyre shop, not for driving around on permanently.

Well considering the PCD is 5x100 it definitely won't fit.

And yes a space saver is about getting you home. However, in the UK the rolling circumference should still be within +/-3% to be road legal, temporary or otherwise. From a safety aspect, a super skinny tyre is bad enough, but one that also has a significant height difference to, is not great:
