Winding back calipers?

Anything i can do to make this easier. it doesnt want to go back enough, and is it ment to be rotated all the way?

ok lids off, problem i have is that i ave a caliper winder but it doesn't fit in the slot on the rear passenger as it was soo dam low. and im talking lower than a snakes **** here.

so im trying to do it without anything to push against and it is incredibly stiff :(

CAREFULLY try a set of pipe grips to get you started. i have known someone had to remove the calliper altogether and hold it in a vice,the piston was so far out.

Ok with sheer brute force and a shout of "Ya *******" i have managed to wind em down and fit my rear brakes in just under 3 hours lol.

i can see why people charge so much.

i need to get a pic up of my old pads they are flat :O

lots easier if you change them before the piston is at full extent. ;) and you have better brakes too.
and now i am off to teach yer nan how to suck eggs :D
