Windows going up on their own.

Has anyone had issues with their windows going up on their own?

I left the house earlier, put all the windows down and the drivers one rolled up about a 1/3 on it’s own. It done that twice and then I lost the drivers window switch fully, it wouldn’t go up or down at all unless I locked the car and used the fob. There was no relay click when I tried to use the switch on the drivers side. it’s now working fine atm but it’ll randomly go up.

The next time I got in the car both the passenger side and drivers side started doing the same thing and I could hear the relay clicking trying to put the passenger window up whilst it was already fully up.

Has anyone had this issue before? I’ve ordered a switch from Seat at £75 but I’m not sure if this is the issue now it’s both front windows.
Cheers
Richie.

Not had nor heard of this issue but do you have a scanner for the motor to see if any DTC Codes are being shown, might help find the issue.

So, the issue might have been caused by a ceramic coating 😂. Left in the car this morning with the window open and got met by a flood of rain water once I built a wee bit of speed.
The Mrs says, oh that happened yesterday so presumably the switch got wet. It literally soaked my shoulder it was that much.

Everything seems back to normal this morning.
