Windscreen washer jets not working!

Hi, I hope this is the right thread!
I have a 2010 Seat Ibiza and my front windscreen washer jets aren't working!
My rear jet is working perfectly. When I spray my windscreen it does make a sound as if it's going to wash, but then nothing comes out. Initially there was a tiny little spurt of washer fluid come out, but now there's absolutely nothing.

Don't know if its the cold weather or theyre blocked!
I've seen some old threads of a similar nature, but I dont know how to get the jets off or expose the pipe to have a look.
