Wiper adjustment

Have noticed that the passenger wipes sticks out a bit from the recess at the side of the screen.
Seems there is a little bit of play in the arm compared to driver side. looked to tighten this with the nut under the cap at the bottom of the arm but this was tight.

is there a way to tighten it under the windscreen?

Not sure on your problem.but if you are going to take the wiper off,its a left hand thread on that one! I found this out the hard way and it cost me £65

Thanks for the heads up. i had the cap and nut of the arm but didn't want to force the arm off. Can i get be find the firewall bit at the top of the engine bay to see if i can tighten the linkage?
