Wiper blade

Hi, I want to change my wiper blades for an Aerotwin set. How easy is this??? Is it only the front ones you can do or can you change the back as well. Anyone know where I can get them for a good price on the web?????

I have an Aero rear wiper... Works well and is nice and quiet. The Cap neaded a bit of work doing to it to sit down properly but its sorted now. Got mine from VAG Parts for about £16.

Haven't done fronts....

i bought the valeo fronts and couldnt be happier thee is no need to buy the arms etc waiste of money imo. Valeo front sfor £25 and its job done one wipe and all the water is dispersed.

ye the valeo ones ive had on for a couple of weeks and they are excellent, 30 seconds to fit as they use the standard arms. £25 for the front pair from wiperblades.co.uk. they were delivered quickly too.

wiperblades.co.uk says the flat valeo passenger blades for the Leon are 18" whilst the other makes (including the curved valeos) are 19s. Is that lack of an inch really gonna make that much of a difference? Or should I just specifically order a 19" blade?

i think they are 18" and 21" - pn 661 and 621 iirc?

even if it is supposed to be 19" it makes no odds, the fit is perfect and very good window coverage.

Hi all

Ive just jumped on the wiper blade band wagon as been meaning to get some for a while.

Ive just gone and measured them and they are 18.5

But soon as though skahigh told me im not a saddo im going with him and am just about to buy the 18 and 21.

Its 18" as most round up and you get the overhang bit which sucks so get the 18" and it looks neat and tidy.

you will either have to trim the blade or bend the wiper up id imagine.
