Tescos about £5 for the new fandangle aero type blades.

or if you are feeling flush; the golf mkiv aero-wiper upgrade with new arms and wipers for ~ £60 (looks good and work very well - a small amount of trimming is required on the passenger side blade)

What are the sizes of the front wiper blades on a 03 lc?

21" for drivers side and 19" for passenger side.
