Well, if you wanna pay that much then knock yourself out. Personally I just buy the inserts from the dealers. A full car set (front & rear) costs about £18 delivered, possibly less.

I bought them and replaced them on my Altea.
It took about 5 mins and they work a treat.

Looking at the Altea Wipers threads on the Sere Motors site, it would seem that the inserts were only applicable to certain 2005/6 Altea models and he only offers full blades for 2007 onwards. So it's a bit of a grey area.
