Hey guysm sorry if this is already been provided.but my app is buggin up and not allowing me to search.

But I have a seat ibiza sports coupe 2009 59 plate mk5 . My boot won't open and want to be sure it's not bad wiring before I buy swyches as already bought an S logo switch and didn't work. Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the boot componend as.I assume it come as.one as all the components, rear wiper , boot Latch and S switch are all connected via same wiring harness cords

And help would be great

You could register with Erwin - which is the official on line resource for all VW Group workshop information and is intended to be available for non VW Group workshops and any other individual to buy access to. The use of Erwin is charged by the hour, I used it once - most of your first time will be taken up getting used to navigating through it - input your actual car VIN (I think) so that will only get offered relevant info.

I can't say more than that as it is over 6 months since I first/last used it and only for one hour.

But, that will not in itself fix your car, you really do need to:- with the hatch trim off, visually check for any connections fully engaged and also any contaminated by water ingress, then feel around the soft rubber tube that carries the wiring from the main car into the hatch, confirm that you can feel each and every single cable and that there are no irregularities - ie chopped cables.

Off the top of my head, typically you will find, if you download some current flow diagrams, that they will cover functional sections of that car and not physical areas of that car, so you would need to do a bit of work there to separate out bits of interest.
