Fitted the boost gauge in the A pillar pod, Brought a universal one for now but with a stanley knife, emory paper and a few lighter managed to get it looking pretty good imo.

Last night it was fine, didn't fit the backlight as it was getting dark so was driving around with the interior light on!!!! Love watching the needle fly round to 14 psi!!!:D

Jumped in my car this morning and the boost gauge was sitting on 0 when the engine was turned on. Put a few more zip ties over everything and it was fine. Then whilst sitting in a queue the gauge would normally sit at -20, but it was sitting at -11. Booted it of and it only went to 5psi!!!!! :( Felt just as quick as normal though. Found out that the rubber bit that holds the pipe that goes to the gauge was leaking. had sum insulating tape so covered it up and the pressure dropped to -20!! Great i thought. booted it but still only boosted to 5psi. [:@]

Whats going on????

It really shouldn't. but that is what i thought. It's an autometer gauge, looks bloody good.

It can only be the black rubber bit that connects the T piece to the bosst gauge pipe.

I know this is off subject but where do i find guides??? I need the guide for fitting the backlight to the gauge. Do i need to put an extra fuse in?? Which terminals do i put it in???? etc, Searched but i can only find stuff about fitting oil pres gauge and volts gauge.

All sorted now with a few zip ties and a roll of insulating tape. Even put the light in!!!
