Fit is good, but mine took a while for it to start sounding nice! :(

But good sound now. Loud enough round town but not a mare when on a long motorway run.

Would recommend.

same here, mines had a thousand miles to run in and now its got a nice rumble to it :D

Go Custom or Magnex.

Magnex dont do the twin exit they only do the oval shape which is still nice but id prefer the twin. and Custom id have to go far and get one plus i dont know exactly how much its gonna cost but i think it will be more expensive while world of ice is only down the road :)

Oh right, in that case, get the one that looks best not the one that performs best eh ;)

And id never take my car to World Of Ice for ANYTHING.

Magnex are the best. ;)
I don't think you would say that if you looked inside a 16v Golf rear box...
Appalling, simply appalling restrictive internals...

2.5" system Jetex is good

Is Miltek the only decent contender for replacement exhausts?

My rear box has just gone and I want to replace it with something worthwhile in respect of cost/performance/sound & look.

Would love the tri-oval box that Magnex do but it's not designed for the cupra and hence might be a bit of a hassle to fit and from what i've read here anyway Magnex aren't rated that highly?

I think I'm looking at the rear & mid section so £300 seem to be the cost for most systems + fitting.

Would love to get away from the twin pipe look but not seen anything that really appeals apart from the tri-oval. Any recommendations n pics would be awesome?

Cheers:confused:

Id recommend Supersprint oval rear box. Well made, nice noise and fits very well
