CUPRA has officially opened the UK order books for the new Raval, giving buyers their first chance to place a pre-order for the brand’s upcoming urban EV.
It is a significant moment for the model, not just because it brings the Raval a step closer to UK roads, but because CUPRA has also confirmed that selected versions will qualify for the UK Government’s Electric Car Grant. That means a £1,500 saving on eligible 52kWh models, helping bring the Raval in at a more competitive price point.
To mark the launch of UK pre-orders, CUPRA is also offering a range of early incentives for customers who get in quickly.
Early order offers for UK buyers
For the initial launch period, buyers will be able to order a limited V2 Launch Edition, which adds £1,500 worth of extra specification at no additional cost over the standard V2 trim.
CUPRA is also offering free standard metallic paint across the 52kWh Raval range for orders placed up to 31 August 2026. Buyers choosing premium metallic or matte finishes will get a £695 discount over the same period.
There is also an added bonus for the first 100 retail customers who pre-order a Raval. They will receive a Harper Collective x CUPRA cabin suitcase, which has a listed value of £1,125. The suitcase is made from upcycled sea plastic and has already featured as one of CUPRA’s more recognisable lifestyle collaborations.

A big step for the Raval in the UK
The Raval is one of CUPRA’s most important upcoming models, sitting on the Volkswagen Group’s MEB+ platform and aimed at buyers who want a smaller electric car with more attitude than the usual class norm. UK buyers will be able to choose from Origin, V1, V2 and VZ trims, with the VZ Extreme sitting at the top of the range.
With order books now open, government grant support confirmed for key versions, and a number of early customer offers on the table, CUPRA is clearly trying to give the Raval as much momentum as possible ahead of first deliveries.
Important dates and conditions
The free standard metallic paint and discounted premium paint offers apply to cars ordered by 31 August 2026, with delivery required by 31 December 2026.
For the Harper Collective x CUPRA suitcase offer, buyers must complete their purchase by 30 September 2026 and take delivery by 31 December 2026. That offer ends on 16 June 2026.
