Yes the Powerflex ones are Poly ones and they fit into the existing mount (take mount off car replce bushes and refix)

EIP do a fully redesigned mount at £85 available from Westec

I've now replaced my dog bone bushes with SPF2577-70K (TDI version of the SPF2577-80K) from http://www.priracing.com/section.php?xSec=116 - major improvement on the vibrating powerflex - much quieter, little or no vibration.


They also recommend the SPF2576K which I have but not installed yet!!

I just ordered this together with the timingbelt kit. They recommend only using two of the three bushes. Anybody knows why? And how about those torque settings?

with the powerflex (the yewllow ones) it only has 2 bushes.... not the round one with the hole in it is included

lol cant be as harsh as my pals vtr.. has group n mounts and on tickover it just shakes the car to bits..
this is defo on the cards for me like
