Tacho Ring Problem

Hi Chaps,

Got a slight problem with my Tacho Rings I just got. I have fitted them fine, but a splog of glue somehow landed on the glass bit of the instrument panel. I used some warm soapy water and a cloth to remove this. I have done that, but the glass is well scratched . Do you know if you can just buy the glass or if I need to buy the whole display face?

Thanks buddy, I'll give it a go after Christmas. Have to say that the rings look really good even though the plastic is scrathed.

Are these the same rings as you can find on eBay? The ones that surround the various dials?

If so, can you get some pics please as I've been tempted by these myself

Yes, Got them off E-Bay from some chap in Germany. Easy to fit (apart from a glue spill ).

For some reason I can't get the images of them up. So if you follow this link and click on the image of the scooter in the middle that will show you the images of the rings in place. Ignore the rest of the page as its something else I'm working on. Please post back once you have seen them as I will need to take this off.

No Problemo - Worth getting I think as they add a nice dynamique to the instrument cluster.
