OK i just got this to work in my car, can now use the remote to open and close the windows!!! yey!

Using the vds_pro and a serial dual kkl vagcom cable i got this to work. Spent hours last night hunting through various forums and managed to find the codes needed for the seat leons...

These codes aparently work for CCM module with part number 1C0 959 799 F or G:

2003 UK RHD 4 Door Leon Cupra-R
CCM Module 1C0 959 799F
04361 >> 10 >> 2
04362 >> 10 >> 2
04363 >> 10 >> 2

Basically you need to log into the convenience module and change 3 values at the memory locations:

04361
04362
04363

change them from 10 to 2.

This cannot be done with a usb cable so don't bother trying, nor can this be done with vag-com....
