Rear spacers - effect on handling?

i had 20mm H&R spacers on mine when i had the standard rims on.....no problems at all.

Changed the rims to 17's with 215 rubber and a whole different story!! i tried setting the damping rate to the hardest and they still rubbed so i had to take mine off in the end......will probably get away with 10mm's but im not sure??

you'd think so but im not totally convinced that the offsets are bang on? im gonna measure up and see what the difference is. I ordered the wheels through wheelmania in sheldon,brum so you'd think it would be right??

Having a general feel between the tyre and the arch, there doesnt seem to be much room before i get the scrapes again.
