I would like to know how you removed your pin!! Mine is not coming out at all!!

I have tried hammering it out with a drift and tried clamping in a vice but no success. B*stard thing!

Bit of penetrating oil, then some heat on the shifter itself before another smack with a drift?

BTW how did you re-secure the pin in the new hole? or was it just a tight fit? (interferrence fit, someone called it)

And which nut couldnt be used again?
