Changing IHI

What are my options if any? for changing my IHI VF34 (20) without having to change manifold and d/pipe.

Turbo needs to be capable of 400hp.

that will be your problem... fitment and clearance issue.
Owens garrett/ihi hybrid (see JBS section also) are larger 400bhp turbo's but you will need to "clearance" some parts of the cylinder head.

Alternatively, but possibly not a comfortable 400bhp level are some TD55-18G or 20G units.
