Hi all,
Well i am still impressed with the LEON 2, but i have had to phone the main dealer already  , here are some images of why.

The first photo here showing how good the chrome trim was put on !

The second not so much of a big deal i know, but for the paint to come off in your hand !

And lastly should there be the parts that are missing in the tool kit be there ?

Hopefully nothing else

I didn't realise that's how the chrome fog light surrounds fitted!?!

That way you can't replace the foglight bulb without removing the stuck on chrome trim

Thats a point  so me thinks i need to have a world with the main dealer about this, im not going to pay for new trim every time either the glass or the bulb of the fog light has to be changed:blink:
Thats just really silly, may have to rethink on getting the chrome replaced around the fog lights:think:

Well, got mine today, rear bumper where it meets the rear lights is lacking paint on one side and was fitted so tight the other side that they had to scrape the paint off to get it on. And seeing as the inside of my window is dirty on the first 1/4 - i recon i have the wet window problem too!

Work colleague got his too, that has a 5 speed gear nob (6 speed gearbox!) and a crackly aux port

So both are booked in for warranty within 3 hours of being received [:@] - and that's why SEAT are making no money !!!

Apart from that - looks lovely! :D

well its going to have to a bodyshop get them to stick it on with windscreen sealer

I gave my local main dealer a call about the chrome trim that surrounds the foglight area and said to them that if there is a crack in the glass of the foglight or if a bulb blows, does that mean the chrome trim has to keep being replaced, his answer was he would have to find out:blink: Thats fine if they pay for the trim and any damage to the paintwork by having to unstick the chrome trim, cant see that though:think: I guess i should have found this out before paying over £100 for the trim:cry:

I remember i had the same little bit off paint come off in my hand not long after i bought the car and since then the rest of the paint has scratched too easily for my liking, probably because it's black tho.

Supplying is Arnold Clark in Glasgow i think (will check the manual) - so will be local..

Northampton / Milton Keynes / Coventry.

WOuld really not suggest the Fiat dealer, the cars are rammed in too close, and will no doubt pick up dints

Leon Cupra, delivered today (Lease car)
1. No cover on the fuse box in the dashboard.
2. Don't appear to have the right tools to remove the wheels.
3. CD Auto changer not connected properly - right hand channel is about half the volume of the left channel but no problems when playing CD in dashboard or with radio.

Have contacted the Dealer (Gatwick) - Problems 1 & 2 parts are being posted to me. Problem 3 - will need to take it to my local dealer (Milton Keynes) to get it fixed

Had to take the car back to the main dealer today as i found a screw stuck in the back tyre:censored:, i had noticed like you do when there is a stone in your tyre since i drove it from the forecourt on Friday, but thinking it was a stone i thought it would eventually go, but of course it was a screw that was making the noise, because i couldnt prove it to them that the screw was in there already when i bought it, I have now ended up paying £113 for the tyre by them, plus a paint pen as there is paint falling off from around the doors[:@].

So lets see
1.chrome trim around the foglight coming off
2.Paint coming off around the drivers door
3.Had to bye new tyre

Also i noticed the wiper arrm where it meets near the bonnet is rusty, and also all the brake discs are rusty:censored:
Not bad for a new car:cry:
