seem alright, how many pennies do you have to spend on your steering wheel?

I dont really have a set price at this minute. Im just having abit of a look at steering wheels but i will definetly getting a new one. :funk:

Will get the whole pedal box situation sorted then after that it will be spoiler painted and fitted, steering wheel + boss, rev counter in a-pillar pod (once i get a proper idea of the wiring!) then maybe an exhaust after that. [B)]

Money permitting on all of the above of course!?

R1 for me... looks very nice :D

Well at first i was strongly considering the r2, but im sort of swaying towards the r1 steering wheel

The reason im changing it is cos i need to change the interior alittle bit and i thought a steering wheel would be a good thing to do first. :funk:

But i want the outer diameter of my new steering wheel to be the same size as the standard one (Or as close to as possible!).

What style you going with your car?? Rally, Euro, bling??? If your going euro then I recommend the first one. If you want to go rally, you want to go for a MOMO, OPM or Sparco wheel with the yellow stripe at the top.

as for the tacho, you could either get yourself a set of Ibiza clocks that have the rev counter already in (GTI models). And if you will get a stand alone rev counter, then you will have to connect one wire to the ground, one to ignition live, and the last will have to be plugged into your ignition coil plug (the middle pin of the 3).

would it be a difficult job to wire up a stand alone rev counter?? I the part you wire it to, its the bit on the back of engine bay, has a wire on the left and right and the big, think one at the front of it goes to the spark plugs.

Well it does on my car anyway!
