new plans for mi beezer

I've allready done a few subtle mods to my 1.2 beezer. Due to the small engine theres not much point in performance mods.

My signiture lists all my current mods, however heres a list of my next mods;

- LCR splitter
- Panel air filter (brand suggestions welcome)
- Fr/custom backbox or failing that simply a chrome tip (depends on availabiltyand coin)
- Fr rear valance
-'Seat' or 'ibiza door sills
- Rear window tints (really undecided on this)
- Fr honeycomb grills
- Cupra/Momo handbrake cover
- Some kind of boot light installation
- Strut brace
- TT or momo pedals

Really in the future mods (probably no point in spending money on these as i will be looking for a new car by then):

- Coilover lowering kit
- Foglight kit
- front lighting upgrade
- facelift/cupra bumpers

As you guys always know what your on about any thoughts on these mods would be well appreciated (problems, prices, suggestions etc).

- LCR splitter Cheap at £19 and easy to fit, do it
- Panel air filter (brand suggestions welcome) Youve said performance isnt worth doing, so why do this?
- Fr/custom backbox or failing that simply a chrome tip (depends on availabiltyand coin) I would go for a custom exhaust place, and just get a new 'tip' for alot less than a FR backbox personally, as it would be for the 'look' only I assume
- Fr rear valance Needs to be done if you want a exhaust
-'Seat' or 'ibiza door sills No idea on price, or what it will look like, soory!
- Rear window tints (really undecided on this) Worth it, imho. PM me if you want a forwarding address of a decent place
- Fr honeycomb grills Will transform the look of a lower model, deffo do it!
- Cupra/Momo handbrake cover Cupra handbrake cover, easy to fit and feels nice, do it!
- Some kind of boot light installation Mine hasnt got a boot light, and its fine.. no point imho
- Strut brace If you want performance, this is the best place to upgrade on a little 1.2, handling! Do that, get some ARB's, spacers, bushes, and you car will be faster. not in a straight line, but god knows little will keep up with the nimble little beast round a corner then!
- TT or momo pedals Personal preference I guess, cant do any harm!

Future mods -

- Coilover lowering kit Again, if you want to keep it for a few years, worth it aswell as decent tyres, wider tyres slightly, and the rest above
- Foglight kit If you want the full FR kit, then the bottom would suit it aswell
- front lighting upgrade Do you mean a double headlight on higher models? Or H.I.D's? Either way, if you keep it for a few years, its worth the upgrade
- facelift/cupra bumpers If you keep it for 2-3 years + then do it, otherwise dont, you wont get any extra money for it when it comes to selling it im afriad.

Think thats my thoughts on the matter... now back to work

With regards to panel filter i thought it may give some sound benefits (im guessing here though)

Im afriad not, on a turbo'd car a few people have maybe noticed more 'whistle'

But on a 1.2 a panel filter imho wont create the 'sound' your props wanting.

A induction kit will do that, might help with throttle response a tad aswell, but arent cheap, around £100+ and imho again depending on how long you intend to keep the car, worth it or not. Keeping it a few years, then do it.. sell it later for £20/30 and uve got a few years off a nice sounding 1.2
