Is there anyone on the forum with a 210 bhp LCR thats been remapped with a miltek exhaust thats getting some flame action My corrado G60 used to do it all the time with a miltek so i just wondered if the LCR does to i no there slightly different but just thought id ask.

Wish i could get some. My brother got his Evo V ramapped last weekend and the guy who did it for him asked "do you want flames?" so the obvious answer was "hell yeah!". LOL!

would it only flame if it was mapped to run rich i.e. over fueling?

thanks, so regardless of the exhaust, its the remap which creates the flames as he asked originally

you need to 'not' cut fuel on overrun - my ECU has this option.

kills silencer/cat etc, and ruins fuel economy though.

Not sure the ME7.5 does though, or if it's been bodged on ArosaRacers (I can't see why Bosch would have it in there...)

100 race cat is pretty close to having no CAT at all, I know from my remapped ibiza cupra that would flame with the race cat on

Decat helps but you don't need it,
my mates a mechanic and get the boys with there VTR's looking for flames,
yeh sure,
theres a kit he buys, 30 quid of summit and it cuts the coil,
the excess fuel goes through the exhaust gets ignited at the tailpipe and bang, 16 foot flames!
