The cooler is off ebay, the piping and sandwich plate and pipes need to be bought seperately, but i got everything of ebay.
 
What size cooler is yours Bill?


13 Row on mine. sits in same place on top of my FMIC
I dont have a picture of it tho installed.
fitted back in Oct 2005 when I went 1900cc - had to relocate it as it did sit in front of the FMIC behind where the number plate goes, where I have additional cooling holes, but Combe regs changed which outlawed the extra holes so had to move it. :doh:
 
I kinda have a down pipe now.

tacked and taped together ready for welding properly.

We had enough spare pipe to take the exhuast right back to near the axle.

Mark is welding it up tonight for me.

Its a tight fit.

I woud like to get it ceramic coated, but not too much ££££ left. And i wouldn't know where to take it?

I will be wrapping it for now.

Big thanks to him. ( this is the bloke that made most of the hedley MK1 escort as seen in the video section, and the on at TOTB) very talented man.

So it should defo be running next weekend.

Yeah i know, the end is in sight.

Still got diff and flywheel and clutch to do, along with fabbing a TIP, sort the oil cooler out.

Then run it in for a few hundred miles then get mapped and then Woo Hoo
 
excellent welding, how he got that packet of maltesers to tack onto the end I dont know, but a great job :)
 
that looks like lino in the living room, did you put the exhaust in there coz it wont fit in ya kitchen? isnt it an that , pure ,
