Hi mate and welcome along.

Answer to questions:

1) Like any other car

2) Yes. SEAT sport one or Forge. Im sure there is others, just cant remember the names.

3) Yes you can and probably no it isnt.

4) KW, Eibach, V-maxx. There is a few depends how much your wanting to spend.

5) one word Milltek. either that or custom.

6) No idea

7) None so far with mine. (15 months and 19000 miles later)

8) Green Panel filter with PD160 intake.

9) Get the 312mm TT conversion. Ive heard its the mutts nuts.

Hope this helps.

There is a guy up my was Kendo that has the 312mm conversion on his and he says its great. There are another few guys that rave about it.

Revo is a remap. Its tuning for the car. I would recommend you get it done. Turn the car into a bit of an animal.

There are other tuning brands though, do a search for remap and you will see what i mean.

ok cheers mate well im starting to stockpile now just ordered a sport cat and oval cat back exhaust think i will order a pd160 intake and i might get onto forge tomorrow see what they can do next for me though is some cupra alloys drop it on its arse and tints also can you fit aftermarket stereo and still use the ipod socket and i will look up teh 312mm brake conversion i have 320mm brembos on my corsa c turbo and they stop it on its head with no abs so i suppose these will be awesome

If i am correct, I dont think you can put a dump valve on a diesel engine. I looked at this with my VRS, which is the same lump. Believe diesels operate differently to a petrol when it comes to dump valves.

Some one may be aboe to correct me on this though.

Forge do a diesel DV, but it doesn't actually do anything aside from make noises so not really worth the money.

The TT 312mm conversion is a good value for money upgrade as you go from 288mm discs to 312mm with bigger calipers as well. I certainly noticed the difference on my old Ibiza when I swapped.

A sport CAT is a total waste of money. If you don`t intend getting a hybrid turbo stay with your stock downpipe as it is big enough. You can remove the CAT with no MOT or legal issues but you will not get any noticable power gain from doing so.

Sounds like an impressive list of mods.

Good luck with it and keep us updated on the progress.

devonmikeyboy: its jsut a case of not getting a hybrid turbo YET, but i will at some stage just want to slowly build up to it, ive never had anything like a seat audi or vw so dont really know the best ways of tuning them but at least if i can get all the base parts done, and then when i have enough money just put another turbo on then i think doin it that way should be easier to keep track of everything

diesels dont need at cat they pass m.o.t's without ;) if you wanted the seat sport calipers you also would have to buy the cupra rims to fir round the calipers hense why the wheels bow out!

get the idea how close the spokes are to the calipers here ^^^^ so some wide rims or cupra 1's would be a must!

well im definately wanting the cupra rims and if you know anyone who has the seat sport ones for sale let me know cos id like to keep the look as subtle as possible

no offense but do vauxhal have up to 5-6 HUGE shows a year with strip and show stands show and shines ect? do they have a close modded comunity that every1 knows every1?? this is what i think vag cars are famous for truely amazing cars aswell :)
