ok folks im sure some of yous will have seen my previous posts but im gonna try for 1 last time to get my car fixed and if it dont work then its gone

my problem is the car will not rev past 3000 rpm in 3rd 4th and 5th gear

its a 51 plate seat ibiza tdi 110 sport

its just been serviced
had a fuel, engine and injector flush
new map sensor
new maf
new fuel filter

ive also had the pipes inspected to make sure theres no leakes and that theyre all on tight and still no joy. the only thing i havent replaced is the n75, i emailed vag parts about it but they havent yet got back to me on the n75 part

when a garage ran it on vag-com it showed up with a maf fault but that was after i got the new one, and all the parts were genuine parts from the dealers. i unplugged the maf last night but it just feels like a non turbo with it unplugged

any ideas where to go from here, or is there anyone who would be able to help me that knows about this thing or has had the same prob

Mrk have you taken the pipe off the turbo compressor housing to check the turbine wheel is free if ok that will rule out the turbo. It could be the n75 they are about £30 from seat for the pd 150 so assume it should be similar for yours.
I am also totally fed up with mine as it runs poor most of the time and now I am faced with a bill for about £1000 to renew clutch dmf and the tappet wear problem. These cars are not what they are cracked up to be. Can I get my t sport corolla back please?

check the actuator rod on the turbo make sure it moves as could be siezed
also check none of the wires to air mass have pulled out of back of plug

the turbo is an absolute pain in the arse to get to, so i havent been able to get acescs to the turbo or anything connected to or roundabout it.

if the turbo blades, vaines or actuator was siezed would that not cause a constant problem??

im 90% sure its the n75 but according to sssstew on here n75's arnt available for my car and its a special order part

Can I get my t sport corolla back please?

i get humped off 1 of these everytime i see the guy who has one when driving to my work from my girlfriends house in the morning

ok

called vagparts, guy was really helpfull and explained a few things to me

diesels dont even have an n75, i need the part number but i dont know where the boost control valve is on the tdi

im near glasgow

It will be the one with the vac hose that leads to the turbo but i think mine had a white cap. It will not be the one that leads to the egr if that is easier for yout to trace mrk.

the code i gave you has a white cap, same product code different end letter. They are both exactly the same parts inside though.

so its the white capped one then?

vagparts want over £60 + vat for that

you said you only paid around £35 for yours if im not mistaken
