Only thing I miss about my old R32 is the noise of the V6 with the Milltek exhaust. Oh and the seats.

It is the same as the 4mo, 2.8 24v 204 BHP. I had the same engine in my Corrado, but with a ful Magnex exhaust, K&N induction kit, and a custom-code chip. Its rollered at 234 BHP and 216 lb/ft, and in a car with no 4WD and bugger all weight it was ace!!!

the normally asperated route is alot harder/more expencive to up the hp but u cant argue with the sound

Sounds good but its heavy, thirsty, slow and expensive to tune.

Defo heavy and thirsty but not slow mate. Ive got a 4mo Golf on the drive, and its not slow. It wont set the world alight, dont get me wrong.

For £2.5k you can strap a charger to it, and a remap and exhaust and be up around 280BHP, that coupled with 4WD makes a very capable car.

Not as cheap as tuning the 1.8T, but it'd be worth it, if you had the money ;)

Yea but the tuning potential is immense and they deffo are not slow!

You get some crazy 300-400bhp Cupra4 Leons in Europe...

yeah have to agree - had a mk4 golf v6 4motion and a mk4 golf R32 before I bought my LCR

Yes that quite a "famous" Leon. The one that beats porsches, m3 etc..there is quite a lot, if you can read german that is :)
