Cupra R wider track?

Is it true the cupra r has a wider track than the cupra? Is it just the front or both wheels and how many mm wider?

all the wheels are 3mm more 'offset' making it a 6mm wider track all round

they were offset to clear the brakes.

How are they offset mork? Through the wheels offset or track rod arms? Are the rear brakes the same as cupras...if they are why offset the rears aswell?

the wheel offset is different to the standard ibiza offset

track rod arms? how does that work?

if the offsets were different front and back then you couldnt use back wheels on the front!

Oh rite so if i just get some superturismo's with ET35 offset i will have the same 'wide track' as an R.

get some spacers on the rear 15-20mm, that'll improve the track

Thought it was just the wheels that changed the offset but was just checking.
