yes it's the actual measured drop,in the fr tdi will be 30mm front and 40mm back because the cupra is allready 10mm lower than the fr!cheers!!i don't have spacers but i like them,don't go more than 5mm in my opinion...

Arethere any signs of uneven tyre wear with been so low?

I dont know, I had already car in service but I decide to sold them, I dont have the aero kit and without the bumbers it looks strange
