can any one advice me on some springs to improve ride comfort with out lowering to much thanks

When test driving the FR and Cupra back to back, suprisingly i found the FR a much harder ride.....
Use the search tool, there has been a few discussions about springs/ coilovers etc!!

Good Luck in finding your softer ride!!

I find it amazing that people find the ride hard in any seat. I think you should own a golf mk2 dropped 100mm that makes you appriciate any sort of soft handling :)

Did the same and agree! But, only in respect of the FR TDi!!!!!!. I found that the "FR" Seats in the TFSI DSG, with 18" wheels ( which I currently own :D) well compensate for the harder ride.

you appreciate the lack of crash landing a lot :)

i sometimes miss taking off over potholes and wondering if the wheels are touching tarmac when i brake - oh for a cushioned ride :cartman:
