Hi jst fitted my coilovers the fronts are wound all the way down and their doesn't seem to be much clearance between the wheel and the coilover is this ok?

cheers

When lowered really low there is a greater probability that the tyre scrubs on the inside of the wheel arch, when the steering is turned full lock (check both ways) - also depends what size alloys you have fitted too.

I currently have Eibach Springs fitted with 17" alloys, and on full lock i get a bit of scrubbing, therefore slammed on coilovers I bet the situation would be even more obvious.

you say lose a sump.... how do you mean and how would you lose it?? from scrapping the floor?

Would take alot to 'lose a sump' if at all possible. Yer, if you hit a speed bump flat out it might crack the bottom of the sump (if its that low? )- you'd also have a hefty repair bill too!

Have you seen my undertray? lol

Speed bumps are 1st gear 5mph!

lol, im guessing yours is rather low....
i want to acheive the lowness of your car with some coilovers, been looking at FK's but money is the problem, any suggestions on what to do reagarding getting as low as yours on a budget......

sorry for the thread highjack
