Today's interest rate cut will probably devalue the pound even more, thus pushing up the relative price of a barrel of oil.

most i have paid for a gallon, ESSO £5.48. local garage. only went there just to top before fuel warning light came on.

fuel gauge for an IBIZA is the opposite way to a LEON. taking time to adjust !!!!!!

120.9p!!!

I put £55 smackers in and the car wasnt even full...

Getting seriously worrying aint it now. How some people survive now is a mystery, guess i'm lucky I live locally to my workplace.

Couldnt imagine spending £150-200 on fuel a month just to get to work. Ouch!

I read somewhere that it costs £11.70 more to fill a standard size tank (50-60litre?) than it did a year ago. :(

Also the dutch pay a bit more for their petrol than we do (but the diesel's loads cheaper).

I know it's sad, but I reckon we must have the most expensive fuel in the world.

Can anyone prove that statement wrong - bar the Dutch and their petrol.
