True but in terms of handling bits, i.e bushes and arbs etc the rigidity the items themselves dont rely on speed or weight in order for it to work...

i think of it like this 100mph is still 100mph wether it takes 15s or 10! im looking to upgrade all my bushes and topmounts to the uprated cupra ones as my car feels a little uneasy at higher speeds...

still handles like a train on tracks tho! :)

Not disagreeing with you. Same for me, Yet with the 100hp 1.4!!!

It's just unlike the heavier Cupra engine that requires this rigidity, We can't make full use of it & eventually one needs to admit Overkill or we'd look like we're from Essex!!!

I have the Whiteline rear ARB and it makes a big difference to the handling. A stiffer front one won't necessarily reduce grip. It will reduce body roll and the type of weight transfer but will usually increase understeer.

I would recommened fitting a rear ARB as the Ibiza doesn't have one as standard. Then maybe a front ARB would help balance things out, altho imo it doesn't need it.

Ive done mine and i would never go back to standard! It handles like a differnt (better) car! ;)

Fitting on the front ones is £99 + VAT and then a geo @ £67.50 + VAT
Fitting is the same as OEM
