Well I got both at the mo so took some photos. Big improvement in ride, 1.4 is ok good mpg out of it though 50's I been gettting.

But look at the air intake it not even screwed down its just lodged between a pipe and the fan but there is space for one to fit in the grill.

Love the car though I want one :seatgod:

i prefer the mk 4 by far , the mk5 is strange looking i think the front is ok but the back looks out of place. nice car but not my cup of tea =] x

much prefer the mk4 the mk5 looks a cross between a kia and the new fiat bravo :| imo.

Will I be the first to say I prefer the Mk5?

Not surprising, the Mk4 is an old car... it's now 6-Years old... I was nearly wondering how long Seat would drag it out for - look what Rover did with the 200/25!

Very nice I think, the SportCoupe model is going to look amazing if my imagination is right.

Loving the new interior too... what is the quality like? Absolutely hate the Mk4 one.

I like it. Think the front just looks less mean in comparison to the Mk4 as one's a much higher spec.. lol

The interior of the Mk5 looks stunning!!

No defo the audi A1 chassis and the interior quality is so much better no rattles, plastics are soft dash lights up nice :D

i like the front of the mk5 better than the mk4 but the rear is so much better on the mk4, so i think I'll be getting a mk4 FR soon.
