ported/polished throttle body abf

is it worth grinding out the step on the abf throttle body. i've done a search and cant really find any info on if it makes any real difference.
does any one know if there are any down side to doing it. all coments welcome

I have done it to mine.... not much differance tbh but I did do my flywheel and final drive at the same time so they made the biggest improvement.

more suited to a tuned engine running cams and sorted head wont do anything on standard tune except give it a jerky throttle

well i ported my TB today and just fitted it. dificult to tell if it made any difference. seams better pulling away better throttle respons. but that might just be the wishfull thinking. no feeling of jerkyness. beeza just noticed your just up/down the road
