Biggest Wax Test Ever

Through July we have had some mega weather, huge downpours, then bright sunshine, great fot he pushing of the LSps and the waxes to test their determination against the elements.
Some before pics:
Then washed and rinsed off. We now have a huge noticable area where a group of waxes have all failed:
So, lets confirm the state of play after two months.
Month one saw Revive and Cherry Glaze drop out - as expected and so no shocks.
This month we have said goodbye to:
Finish Kare Pink Wax
NXT Liquid
Dodo Blue Velvet
Dodo Rainforest Rub, and
Dodo Supernatural.
I have to say, I am completely shocked and would not have put any of these four to fail at the two month stage. Lets see what the next month brings!

WOW! I am amazed at how much a difference you can see in the areas of the dropped out waxs and the ones still working!

I would guess Collinite wont be far away. Waxed my car over a year ago with it and it still beads well.

Swissvax and victoria done as expected....
Its all very subjective if you base it on beading as it not always a sign that there is protection. Dirt can effect this.
Going to treat myself to some quality winter protection soon.
Hopefuly will buy one of the better products in conclusion from this test. I'm swayed towards Collinite 915 at the mo.
Just used the Halfrauds Meguiars Deep Crystal Carnauba Wax for the 1st time, it went on really easy but the beading doesnt seem very good. Live and learn eh..

Can I ask a daft question?
If I have a waxed car, but when I wash it, I dry using Megs Last Touch, is it the Last Touch that's causing the beading?

Wohoo, come on Vic concours (red). Last time I applied it to my Polo was about 4 months ago and its still beading

Two weeks ago I've spent good 3 hours applying the Victoria red wax to EVERY single bit of the bodywork (even number plate and headlights) and now I actually love it when its rained overnight and I get to my car first thing in the morning and can see all the HUGE beads all over the bodywork, and perfectly symmetrical running marks where the droplets slide off. Its like art,lol. And honestly, smells so good you'd want to eat it and there is so much I think it will honestly last me about 5 years
Quite shocked the Dodo's did so bad.
I also reckon colonite will last almost the longest but thats because from what I've read on DW its a hard as fook wax. But at least you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Hey, not all the Dodo's are spent, the Juiced Edition is still going.
Also the samples Iain was given were older recipes, Dodo Juice have since changed the recipe on those waxes to make them more durable.
