Short shifter

i'm missing gears more often than not... so i'm thinking of gettin a short shifter to ease my driving experience.

been on the Forge website and they stock such.
is there any other companies that makes such in which it'll be cheaper?

i agree with your statement.

a Forge dealer here by us gave me a quote already, however he said there's 2 pieces...do you need 1 or 2 pieces?

The more expensive one that most people would tend to go for adjusts/shortens the "throw"or front to back movement and the other which says side will adjust/shorten the sideways movement

front to back is the most popular
try that first
then add the side to side later as finances allow
both are great modifications

i believe igor did his in around half an hour, said it was a piece of cake if i remember.

shouldnt affect anything david. the only thing itll wear out is your left shoulder!

Fitted the Forge short shift to mine a couple of years back (just the forward back throw). The beauty of it is that it is adjustable and can be adjusted in situ. Fit and have a play at various setting until you get the length that suits you. Absolutely no problems, easy to fit, great instructions, definitely DIY............. go for it with confidence.
