4bar is soldNot to worry, Yeh Jabba do get good reviews. Well im going to go for Revo 2 and see how it pans out. It it runs well i stick with it, if im not happy, i'll just save up for either a Jabba or CC phase 2.

yeah mate sold for 250quid with a 4bar...
If notice with revo it dosnt get the most out off the k03s...Unlike cc and jabba...
huuum yeh thats what i have heard, revo2 is supposedly only setup to work with a ko3 with all the bits and bobs, rather than a ko3s with all the mods... will have to wait and see hot it feels on the drive home on monday. Dan, how much did you pay for your custom jabba map?
i bought mine of Martin but its around 400quid for a custom map...
Tbh mate ul love the power stage 2 give mid/top end but ul soon see via logs theres **** loads to be had from it..
For the upgrade price of Revo stage 2 you cant knock it, i paid £50 to have it upgraded, which for the money was great, but its never gunna be anything like a Jabba or CC map as its generic. Just get the boost on 9 and your laughing then if you can maybe add some timing, should go well, if you don't like it change it eventually

I've only got a K03 but i just swapped my P-Torque mapped ecu for a stage 2 REVO and I love it, also got a 4 Bar FPR brand new from ebay for £14 delivered

Well im not going to do any more to the car power wise than ko3s, so if it does turn out to be cack i'll just drive up to Peterborough and get a custom map done there!

Yeh used to keep up till about 4th, but saying that i had the ko3s on for about a year and it was working for about a month of that!
But anyways i think you will be pleasantly surprised with Revo, at the end of the day its like £60, what other stage 2 map can you get for that!

I very much doubt a jabba map or CC stage 2 would be quicker than a correctly set up Revo Stage 2. In fact i'd have a blast against anyone with the above to prove my point.
So phil, you´ve had revo stg2 (k03s with all the goodies) and your opinion is that even thou revo stg2 isnt mapped for k03s (as people on here says) its just about as good as any coustom map tailored for the k03s??? (even andy_lad claims/experienced diffrent)
Would be very interesting to see some graphs between the maps, or even better, a real race

Right,...just got back from AMD Essex, firstly would like to say what a great bunch they are, very friendly and informative, the main man there, cant remember his name, is a top bloke and knows his VAG cars. They put my 4bar on first and then put it on the rollers, it made 198bp, then they installed the stage 2 software and gave it a good blast. Car sounded awesome on the rollers!! The blueflame does like to sing My last run, it made 224. bhp and 279.7 lb/ft of torque!! I was expecting a slightly higher figure, but i was told as i only put regular unleaded in it would be running ALOT better on shell vpower with a higher octane. Also said that in time the ECU will adapt and give me more power. The car does feel quicker than the figures suggest. I am very happy with it though.
I will scan the power graph and put it up later this evening
jimmyfloyd, you alright bud, yeh i will give your S4 a run down that stretch of the A3 on our private track of course.
There was also i nice young lad of 23 there with a new Audi S3 running Revo stage 2... thing was a beast, made 360bhp and sounded niiiice.
Im happy with it all in all, might give it a few months and see how i find it... then might try Jabba custom map...we'll see

Hope this works.... here is the rolling road graph, shows standard revo 1 then a few runs on stage 2 with tweaking inbetween. I think the final settings were boost 7 timing 6.... that sound about right? I asked him not to crank it up too much as i dont want the turbo going pop as its my daily runner!
