Boring interiors...

What have you lot done to make the interiors a little less dull?

I dont like the vent things you can get from seat and i dont want chorme or red as the car is glacier blue.

at the moment the only thing i can think of changing thanks to a memeber on here is covering the tray under the handbrake in black suede.

so im looking for ideas on cheap and easy things that can be done to the interior to make it look better .

chrome handbrake surround, chrome air vent surrouns, cupra handbrake grip and cupre gear knob all helps to brighten things up a bit.

yeh i imagine that will be well out of my price range, although i wouldnt mind the rear lights lol but i cant find an email adress to contact them.

but yeh ideas need to be really cheap.

and like i said no chrome.

also cupra air vents contol. they are red like the leon cupra r, ive changed mine looks nice, also the w8 light, i fitted one to mine it looks wicked with all the other red bits in my car

i spray painted my vent rings silver with the leftover paint from my last car, turned out nicely. I dont like chrome too so silver was a nice alternative.

there selling the front and rear seats for £200, says so on the special offers part. i think thats a good price

That's a cracking price - the steering wheel alone is probably worth half that!

Nice one Fester how'd you find that can never find a cupra being broken! I have emailed them regarding other parts hope they get back to me, have emailed breakers before and never get any response.

Email to breakers is as much use as ashtrays on bikes - the only way to deal with them is on the phone - i did that and 2 hours later a lovely S3 interior was sat in my lounge

hmm maybe I'll ring them tomorrow at lunch by the way peeps I'm not after the seat so don't panic! Do they expect you to haggle I have no clue really and will prob just get excited and say yes to any price! I will try and haggle but have no clue what to say I'm good at doin it for other people but not for myself!

If there is a price quoted then i'll see if i can haggle and get free delivery .... but as with anything you never know how much margin they have to play with. That said, shy bairns get nowt so it's always worth asking

He said he is breaking a cupra R on Monday to ring him then, I said erm I think that's the wrong shape (think er as far as I know only Leon or mk 3 ibiza har R!) he said what year is your car I say o4 he says yeh its the same. WTF!

He's wrong about something, the MK4 was never released in an R version if I remember correctly.
