Different people, different opinions!
I would have the THS one based on my experiences with that and the tubular one

Caused me less agro, did what it was meant to do and it cost me just over £150!
I don't have a bad word to say against it

At the end of the day its your choice Arron, theres plently of manifold related threads on this site, just have a read through!

Sorry Arron2004 to jump on the thread but i just had k03s fitted with miltek downpipe, what ths mainfold would you guys n girls suggest for this setup? thanks

Yeah same design as ATP one But cheaper and belive it or not better quality lol

Ive had my mani See through so i can take the abuse

Had one on my old Cupra and as far as I know it's still going strong.

Couldn't really comment on it arron because I done intercooler, KO3S and manifold at the same time.

Yes you'll notice a difference.

i have one of these, had it approching a year now with no problems at all.

Fitting is a bit of an arse, but just persevere and you'll get there (altho it might be worth modifying a spanner lol)

Performance wise, mine seemed to pull harder, and reach peak boost quicker, great mod for the price
