yeah they come out easy but you do need radio keys to take it out.

quite a few on here have used hacksaw blades covered in insulating tape, this is what i did and mine came out ok


minus a facia cos i pulled it a bit too hard

oh and btw, there is iso connectors but mine were really short and it was a bugger to fit as my new head unit connectors are on the unit itself not on an extra cable

i just need to remove it so i can fit my parrot bluetooth behind stereo and connect it all up. then refit the standard stereo..

Good luck, don't think there's a lot of room in behind there bud unless you can squeeze it down one of the rear holes. What is the parrot bluetooth?
