Hi.can anyone advise which re map they would recommend.I have been looking at a revo or amd re MAPS.was told that the revo map was a little more aggresive in the lower rev range where as the AMD was spread through the mid range,is this correct ?.also was looking in to a Jabba re map.any info will be appreciated.

all depends on what you want from a map; amd and revo are both quite aggressive, custom code is meant to be smoother; my p-torque is fairly aggressive - brilliant in the dry, but can be a handful in the wet :cartman: but as above, search :)

thanks

I have searched and there is no 1 answear.I probebly will go for a AMD or CC re map

It's going to take you ages to decide which one you want. I am only just drawing a close on my decision and it's taken...urrrr...4months.

REVO, P-Torque, AMD are likely to give you a good shove in the back when you plant your foot (assuming you have a turbo) while CC is described as being just like driving your car normally, but just with more power. So what do you want really?

I can't comment on Jabba as I did not research them due to them being a little far away.

Superchips offer remaps too but I don't know if anyone has used one yet.

You don't see much talk about the R-Tec map on here? over on the golf forum they all rave about it and the service from R-Tec......does anyone on here have one of there maps?

The LC estimates seem alright but the 210 LCR remap looks down on power...

Seat Leon Cupra 1.8 Turbo 20v - 180bhp 235Nm --> 215bhp 272Nm (200lb/ft)
Seat Leon 1.8 Turbo 20v - 210bhp 270Nm --> 239bhp 336Nm (247lb/ft)
