Help needed..Total closure

I am looking for some help regarding a Total Closure mod, when i had my Vectra GSI i bought a total closure mod from a guy on the VVOC forum it worked via the feature on the door lock that allows you to close the windows with the key, the same as ours do on the leon, he has turned this into his business and i have contacted him about doing one for the Leon, the main difference with this one is when you lock the car you press the button once and the car locks and the windows go up, no holding the button until the windows have closed, he is based in Bedfordshire and would like to look at the wiring on the Leon, i am willing to go but he has asked if there is anyone nearer that could go so he could take a look, he has done one for the ibiza cupra so just needs to check if any changes need doing to the wiring.

Cant you set it to do that with the full vag com anyway?

No, you have to hold the button down untill the windows close, also you need a different cable to do it.

There is the reflex box, but if he can be cheaper on the price, it can only be a good thing.

The reflex kit can do the mirrors as well but Phil plug this in for 2 mins and it will do the same thing.

I have looked at this but the year for the "one touch" is 2002 and mine is a 2001 and really want the one touch.

I have no idea, I didn't think the guide on the site was fool proof as other people with models have gotten it work. You obviously know it won't suit yours. The reflect kit might though if you want to go that route.

so i order this an then an im after the one touch effect part number 1C0 959 799 E/F/G
am i righ in reading all you do is plug into car for 40 seconds an nothing else to do as it flashes the ecu? this wouldnt affect my remap would it, dont mean to sound silly but guessing this is a different part of the ecu. thankyou

Yes. I did mine before I got a remap but It doesn't touch that part of the ECU, so I doubt it would affect anything.

I don't know that it wont suit my car, I'm going on what the site Say's, if it said that the one touch will work on my car i would buy it, i waisted £30 on another one of these flash type closure and it didn't work, i just don't want to throw £40 down the drain.
