Do Seat fit crossovers between the stereo and the speakers.
I ask because on 3 completely different stereos the sound goes off when the volume is above about 23.

Cant understand and thought there must be something hidden thats affecting it.

Thanks for any ideas you may have.

23?
im not surprised then , what you have my freind is clipping , the speakers have in line resistors not crossovers.
if you carry on at that volume you will damage the speakers and eventually blow them.
im guessing they go off on bassier notes and not vocals or higher frequencies?

My sound dies down after around 20 and then comes back.. only slightly tho

LOL, my volume generally stays around 8 - 12, wouldn't be able to stand it any higher unless it is a tune I really like then I crank it up a bit.

Not high.

When the volume goes up to 99, 23 is not high.
My wife usually has the volume in my Peugeot between 50 - 65 and that does'nt go off.
