Horn problem need help

Hello.
My horn does not work when i want it to,
the only time it does "beep" is when i put the 10amp fuse back into the fuse box,
but even then i have to wait for a few weeks maybe a month or more before returning the fuse just for it to do that 1 "beep"
and it also beeps randomly too (very rarley) if i do decide to leave the fuse in,
i've looked to the horn but doesnt seem like there is any loose connections,
the wires and horn itself looks a bit old though !
And my cars run out of mot too,
so without the horn i highly doubt it would pass.

Has anybody here had a problem like this before ?

So are you saying the 10amp fuse blows everytime you try to use the horn? If thats what you mean then most likely youv'e got a short in the wiring to the horn.

no the fuse is fine, but horn doesnt work when i try to use it

Wiring problem somwhere then i'd reckon. Borrow a spare horn of a friends car to check it.
