Got a Split R to fit to my LCR which is running approx 280bhp on a stage 2 remap.

Can you tell me how many clicks you would recommend before fitting it and clockwise or anticlockwise for these clicks?

Many thanks,

Rich

okey dokes, just stick it in as per set up above, see if it ticks, if it does, just adjust it while car started until it stops ticking and then take it for a test drive for chatter issues.......

I thought the split R was okay but my 007P was much louder was went back to that!

There are loads of threads on this product if you wanna have a search matey!

Thats it, drive down the road and check if it's ticking again and adjust if needed, dont worry about the whoosh noise just yet all you want aim for is no ticking,
It might get louder over the next couple of days.
HAve you taken the soundproofinf off the bonnet yet ??? and what airfilter are you useing ????

what turbo are you running?

i have had mine on for 2 years with no issues at all.

when i got mapped to stg 1 it turn it to its stiffest setting(clockwise i think) and then turned it back 2 full turns (anti clockwise)

personally i think it will be between 2 turns and 1.5 turns back.

Some people are running Turbosmart Kompact Dual Port Blow Off Valve with no problems!

Though seems still to be luck if your car likes it or not.
