I have it here in the box. I am extremely pleased with it.

SEAT quoted me £160 to source me one! And this has cost me £50!

I plan to paint and fit it this weekend. Any suggestions on colour? I was going to go for a crazy colour like purple or red but now im not so sure. Might do them Anthracite/grey.

The mirror covers just pull off dont they? No need to remove entire door mirror...?

yeah the mirror cover should pull off will jst be a bit tight, and you will have to take door card off just a few bolts under door handle trim.

Cool! I cant really remember how long this took to arrive - Was definatley less than 7 working days though.

Mine is fitted. The covers are off and in primer now, im painting them myself.

Just not sure on color to go!.....?

Anthracite probably. I would love the new S3 like satin silver/alluminium effect.

Might paint them a dark shade of fine metalic silver and then a 'matt' clear coat.

^^anyone share thoughts on how this will come out?

Real Carbon? the sheets of carbon that i've found are stiff, how the hell did you manage to wrap the cover?

Thanks for that. I went the other way and ordered a large passenger one off eBay 4 weeks ago, but after saying he shipped worldwide, the seller wouldn't tell me how much shipping would cost. Nows hes opened an 'unpaid item' case against me so I'll put 20 in the shipping cost and see what he does.

EDIT: took me all of 5 mins to fit! Was really simple.

Please remember that rear vision is slightly impaired with the D/S stubby fitted. You have to lean slightly forward to get a full view.

IMO, still well worth it. I hate the large standard one!!!

yes real carbon fibre here a pic just got to put resin over it to seal it
